Sixteen nurses are pregnant at a hospital in the city of Mesa, in the U.S. federal state of Arizona. It is ten percent of the intensive care unit's staff.
The nurses joked at today's press conference that the hospital had something in the water and that they should have arranged a collective Christmas holiday.
One of the pregnant women, Rochelle Sherman, who is giving birth in a month, said that we didn't even know that there were so many pregnant women until we formed a community on Facebook's social network.
All suggests, according to her, that there is an understanding.
