  •  A passenger of the Chinese low-cost airline Lucky Air put some coins into the engine of the aircraft before boarding the flight from Anqing to Kunming to offer good luck to himself and other passengers.

For his actions, a certain Lou will now have to pay a price. That is to say, the engineers noticed some coins in the engine, and they saw that there were more embedded in the process itself as soon as they began.

While in many parts of the world, tossing coins for good luck is a tradition, this activity is incredibly risky in this situation. Severe damage and even complete engine loss may be caused by the coins.

The flight was canceled, and the airline reported that the coins had caused $20,000 in damage, with a flight cancellation for 160 passengers.

A passenger who has now spent seven days in jail has been sued by Lucky Air.
